Guiding Women to Lasting Wellness and Vitality
I help women get real answers and restore their health through holistic natural medicine – even when your test results keep coming back “normal”.
I specialise in supporting women across all life stages – from preparing for motherhood to navigating perimenopause, hormonal or autoimmune conditions, gut issues, intimate health concerns, and healthy ageing.
My Story
Originally from Poland, I grew up surrounded by conversations about health and the aroma of herbs drying in family kitchen.
My path to this work came through my own health crisis. I was hospitalized with severe gut issues and investigated for inflammatory bowel disease. Despite also having years of heavy periods and fatigue, no one asked about my diet, or lifestyle.
This was before nutritional therapy was widely recognised. So I researched, experimented, and created my own treatment plan. Over time, my health stabilised. I saw firsthand that holistic medicine can restore health in ways conventional care often overlooks.
I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, graduating with top grades while raising young children. What began as a personal necessity became my life’s work.
My clinical approach is shaped by more than a decade of practice, extensive postgraduate training, and lived experience of healing – including motherhood and now perimenopause. I’m navigating this transition myself, and it’s reinforced what I see in my practice: with holistic support addressing nutrition, lifestyle, and underlying imbalances, many women thrive naturally through perimenopause.
I understand both the physiology and the reality of what it takes to get well in a busy, demanding life.
Beyond the clinic, I’ve facilitated women’s circles, formulated wellness elixirs and postpartum supplements in Bali, and trained with traditional medicine practitioners across cultures. This work is both my profession and my calling – grounded in science, clinical experience, and shaped by life experience.
I don’t use one-size-fits-all plans as each woman is so unique. My role is to listen, investigate, and work with you to restore balance, resilience, and vitality.
