1. Services & Scope
I provide Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathic support for women’s health.
These services do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and are not a substitute for medical care. You remain responsible for consulting your GP or medical specialist regarding any health concerns, diagnoses, medications, or changes to treatment.
2. Professional Standards
My practice follows the professional codes and standards of:
- BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine)
- CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council)
- ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners)
3. Consultations & Packages
Consultations are offered as structured packages or as standalone sessions.
Packages are designed to provide continuity of care, which is often necessary for meaningful and lasting change.
Package validity:
Each package is valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase. Validity periods vary depending on the package and are confirmed prior to booking. Unused sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or extended beyond the stated validity period.
4. Fees & Payment
Payment is required in full prior to the first consultation unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance.
Payment plans may be available upon request.
Laboratory testing, supplements, and remedies are not included in consultation fees unless explicitly stated and are charged separately.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 48+ hours’ notice: No charge
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% fee
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: 100% fee
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Disclose all medications, supplements, and relevant medical conditions
- Inform your GP of any nutritional or naturopathic support you are undertaking
- Use recommendations only for the timeframe specified
I cannot accept responsibility for outcomes affected by incomplete disclosure or failure to follow guidance appropriately.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal and health data are processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

By engaging in services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data for the purpose of providing care.
8. Laboratory Testing
Where appropriate, functional laboratory testing may be recommended.
Testing costs are payable directly to laboratories. Interpretation of results is included within your consultation time.
9. Liability
While care is taken to provide safe, evidence-based guidance, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. You accept responsibility for decisions regarding your health.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Agreement
By booking a consultation and/or signing the client consent form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
